I receive numerous calls each day from this number, most of which go directly to phone mail. Twice I spoke to a person who said he was calling from a drug distribution company in WA, which I never heard of. He claimed he wanted to alert me that my pain meds and sudafed were being discontinued by the drug mfgr. I asked for a list of medications, none of which I've ever taken, including sudafed. When I questioned him, he hung up. This happened twice. I received another call today which went to phone mail. This time it was a woman'f voice on the recorder. This is ANNOYING!
I'm in Canada and I'm having the same problems with these guys calling from the 2065614512. I also used to get calls from the same people from 0000000000 number.
I've tried everything to get the to stop, but they simply hangup on you when they find out you're not interested.
I believe they are calling from India. Funnily, they use Western names to identify themselves.
I've not had calls from this number for about 3 weeks. Maybe FCC shut them down?
I tell these pharmacies that I am not on any prescription meds and that I have insurance. The amount of call has, I believe, decreased. I still filed a complaint
so many phone calls from this [***] people,selling drugs, more then 20 calls,they are so [***] annoying,sometimes they call 3 times same day,when i answer the calls and tell then plz don't call,they don't even listen ,stupid people don't care!i called my cell phone company to block this #,they are charging $4.99 a month for this service,but is not guarantee,. i called,NATIONAL DO NOT CALL,i just hope this will help!!
I've managed to get them to stop calling! Only took 3 months but here's how it went...
As soon as I picked up and could hear them on the other end, I let them know that I was recording the call (I wasn't but how are they to know that) and that I would like the number to opt out of their unsolicited calls as they are in violation of the law as I am on the Do Not Call List.
They stuck to the script as their bosses tell them to..."Hello, can I speak to..."
So again I said "Again, I am letting you know that I am recording this call, you are currently in violation of the law and I am requesting the number to opt out of your unsolicited calls. If you refuse to give me the number, you will again be in violation of the law..."
And that's when they hung up. Haven't heard a peep from them since :) I know they are aggressive when you try to talk back to them, that's why I spoke before they did and made it very clear that the call was being recorded. They really didn't seem to like that.
