I agree, they call for someone at my work over and over and over again and again with multiple phone numbers and harrass me. Employees can not have phone calls at work and these people, Chris Thomas and who knows who else won't stop!!!
Someone with a very HEAVY Indian accent called our business to speak to an employee. The employee had told me she thought she was being scammed and to not put the call through. After conferring with my boss, I was told not to put the call through due to it being of "personal" matter and him being so rude. I told him on several occasions the person he was asking for was unavailable for personal calls and then he proceeded to tell me that it was not a personal matter - that it also included our business in the investigation. I asked for further details so that I could report the matter to management but he refused and hung up on me. He called back over 45 times in one hour and said "I will call you 'one tousant' times." (Indian dialect - LOL!) So he proceeded to call and call. At one point, I had 8 lines lit up at once all with him on the other end "holding". I have caller ID on my phone so I knew it was him before I picked up. Upon his 30th or so call, I told him the employee no longer worked here. I also told him the call was being recorded at which point he hung up immediately. Low and behold he called back again and again and kept screaming at me. The last thing I heard him say was so nasty!!!!!! He said and I do quote because I would never say this - He said "[***] you mother f****r - you are liar - [***]!" My response was "Excuse me?" and he repeated himself - "insert nasty phrase again here" and my response this time was "Really? How very unprofessional of you - scammer!" He promptly hung up and has not called back since. In my opionion anyone working for the FDIC would not use that language in a place of business. This employee said he has been harrassing her for months and has threatened to have her arrested, to have her bank account frozen, to sieze her assets and other things that he has NEVER done. This so called company is scamming to get people to send them money, to scare people into giving their social security number and we are reporting them to the police. They - of course can not do anything I am sure because these calls originate in India and are routed through a call center in Seattle, Washington, USA. They are out of jurisdiction so they continue to harass people and make threats to scare people into sending them money... DON'T DO IT!
VERY VERBAL STATING PAY UP [***]. WILL CALL AFTER CALL. SPEAKING WITH EVERYONE ANSWERING PHONE LEAVE MESSAGE FOR ME. HE STATE HE IS WITH THE FRAUD DIVISION AND WAS INVESTIGATION ME FOR DEBT OWED. INDIA ACCENT. I HUNG UP HE CALL BACK HE SAID DICKS NEED TO BE SUCKED/[***]... ITS REPEAT CALL AFTER CALL. I INFORMED CALL JAMES WILSON, I DONT OWE ANYONE ASK FOR THE COMPANY NAME HE SAID COMPANY NAME IS [***] UP...
This caller called us 30 times in an hour and a half looking for an employee who was off. When we said she was off he cursed us out and called us liars. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he said he was the Ceo and owner. Used the name Bryan but had a thick Indian accent.
