I have received a few of these calls a few days before Christmas.  I don't pick up if I don't recognize the number.  No message left, so I assume it's another call about health insurance.  We already have insurance, so I hate getting these calls.  Even when I tell them to take us off of their call list, and block the number, they keep calling.  I can tell because it will ring once and then my phone displays CALLER BLOCKED.  No more ringing.
I am going to go ahead and block this one, as well.
**Noticed that it was one digit different than a reported number.  Another reason to block it!
