Claimed IRS was filing a lawsuit that I owed over $3,000. Before even confirming who I was gave me a claim #CFCS3271. Said her name was Nancy Smith IRS2028. I informed her that if this was true that IRS would have notified me by mail which did not happen because I owe the IRS nothing. I told her this information was false and hung up. Could hear a lot of other callers in the background.
