Who called from 2065960536

I received a call from a man claiming to be with the federal governent and that i was pre selected for a once in a lifetime grant for $9k i asked if he  could send me some paper work about it and he just gave me a number to call. Yeahhh i really dont think the government is just handing out 9k randomly i knew it had to be a SCAM.

I have received a grant, call this number to receive the grant
Same as Olivia. I din't call. Area code shows as Seattle

Just got a call from this number. Seattle Area.    Did not answer.  I called back  and all it did was ring.  SCAM.....Block it!

I got the same call, whoever it was left 1/2 a message in my voicemail.. and when I called back it rang a bit, then said this is a non working number..
