This is an IRS scam. They threaten me with an arrest warrant ( that was going to be issued in 45 minutes) if I didn't agree to pay. I was told that I willfully committed an act to defraud the IRS And that I owed $5899. If I did not comply I was told that there would be penalty charge of $75,000 and jail time. About three hours after hanging up on them I received another voicemail stating they had issued an arrest warrant. BEWARE of this number!
