This person calls and claims to have found my cell phone but that would be impossible if you are calling my number which also happens to be my cell phone. He claims to be an ''ex police officer". He claims my number was the number for the cell phone. It makes no sense and seems sketchy. He asks how can he get the cell phone to me.
