the same person has been calling me 10 times in one hour it is a forein male claiming to be with some collection agency he has called me 10 times with 10 different area codes but it is the same person

Same number calling me over and over and when I call back a machine answers and says good bye and hands up [***] annoying

I'm from Seattle and have recently moved. Within the last three weeks, seemingly out of the blue, these people started calling at all hours of the night, early morning And throughout the workday . They never leave a message and can barely communicate when I do answer. Also, if you call them back, you get an automated machine voice who says 'good - bye' and disconnects. Seems fraudulent an unwanted - help.

They called me on Saturday 04/12/14 @ 5:27pm and left no message. The area code is Seattle, WA but it most likely is a spoofed number, calling from another country to make it look like the USA. I just block the numbers. 206 607 4540
