Who called from 2066296307

Have reieved sevral hangup calls, tried calling back and message claims number is "unallocated"

wtf they are a scam debt collecter

The caller has called twice in the span of 4 hours...I didn't p/up the first call but picked up the second and they just laughed.

This caller claimed to be from Prizewave.com and tried to get personal info.  I reported the number to the FTC

I have received 4 calls from this number in two days. I have not answered any of them, but when I try to call back, sometimes I get a message that the number has not been allocated, and sometimes a wrong number (disconnected number) prompt. I have also received numbers 800-269-2169, which seem to be the same thing, as the number cannot go through.
