Who called from 2066298624

I missed call but then called back but the line was busy. I hope they don't call back. How do we report this to authorities!?!? I'm happy to at least see a forum like this were it can be noted.

when i call it rings once, and then nothing, then a busy signal..

you should try calling again i had a voice he wouldn't tell who this is but it is in washington my ex lives there and is hiding from the police

This is several times I got this number and when I call back no one answers
