NCO Debt Collector.... Just called the number back from another phone and it was answered "Thank you for calling NCO. My name is J----. How can I help you."
Yea I'm pretty sure they're a debt collector, NCO financial group, I want to know how they got my parents hom phone number asking for me, that's harassment, and they're on the do not call list, they call about every couple of days but never leave a message or voicemail
