Who called from 2066298697

The 209 number came up on my caller id, with this following toll free number listed where usually the caller/business name would be: 8664903799.  It was very strange, and I recognize neither number.  Left no message.

I got the same ID. Never saw TWO phone numbers on an ID before. I do not know who it is either.

looks debt collector, left message to offce work phone to call back to 1-866-490-3799.

They identified themselves as American Express.

Calls every day with a message to call back due to a debt with American Express. We have no American Express account. I have contacted a Lawyer to write a nasty letter.
