I received a call from this number. It seemed like a scam. The guy reported that he was with the Washington Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation and tried to get me to donate money to support local police memorials for fallen officers. He stated that they are a legitimate non-profit. When I asked further questions about the specific name of the organization, he appeared to scramble. When I asked how he had gotten my number, he said this was a cold call.
