Ryan is calling from a sales call center for Great Expectations.  Land line based in Des Moines WA.  She actually called me back today - real hard sell for their services but unwilling to give any financial details over the phone - pressure for a face to face meeting for the sales pitch.

got a call for Eileen saying "hi eileen, this is sam, give me a call"....

She said her name was Robin and she was a real hard sell for their services but unwilling to give any financial details over the phone - pressure for a face to face meeting for the sales pitch.  Would not accept no.  Then at the end of the call had the nerve to ask me my name...
