Who called from 2066664248

We keep getting calls from this number. If my husband answers, they ask for him by name, he says "that's me" and they hang up.  If I answer, they don't say anything, they just hang up. When I call the number back there is a recorded male voice saying something about pressing a number for a fax. It's an automated "canned" male voice. Does anyone have any information about this number?

The same number calles me 5 to 6 times a day , and hangs up after I say Hello. Also get the same Canned voice about a message

My mother has received multiple calls from this number over the past two or three weeks. I have filed a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.

After 2 weeks of this number hanging up  when I said Hello . 4 calls today between the hours of 8am - 2pm . They are claiming to be a discount Health insurance company.
