This number is calling my home based business at 4AM (several times) and during daytime hours as well. When I answer, there is no person on the call, just some tones (not like fax signals). I wish I knew who it was and could stop this!

This number is a known eFax provider. It could be any one of their subscribers. I'm betting someone is legitimately trying to send an eFax but has the wrong number.
