Who called from 2066869439

Called my cell number, I did not answer, no message left.   Suppose it is spammers fishing for someone to answer their calls.   Call from the Seattle area and not a business listed with that phone number when one does a Internet search on the phone number.

calling back the number gets an immediate busy signal.  must be spammers.  My hiya app on my phone is now blocking it.

called my cell, ignored and they left no message.  Now blocked.

Had a call from here that does not identify itself does not return my callbacks; is always busy. I suspect a spammer.
