I rec'd a text from this # and when I replied asking who it was they responded it was "Rebecca" and when I let her know she had the wrong # she replied back with "No girl, im sending you good vibes! Keep rockin it!"...I have no idea how she got my # and really hope she doesn't  continue sending me messages. When I did the reverse search it came up with Blue Licenses Holding, Llc. Has anyone else had this problem?
