caller ID showed "cell phone WA". Recorded message stated that the IRS noticed that I owe back taxes to the Federal Government, blab, blab, blab........... I hung up before message ended because I've seen advertisements & notices stating that the IRS will never call you (from a cell phone, no less, with a recorded message). I also know that I do not owe any back taxes.
