Who called from 2067017726

Call from "Seattle, WA" and I did not answer.  What good is the Do Not Call list?

This number calls at least once a day.  If we answer, no one comes on the line.  I would like to stop these calls.

I talked to the poor guy who owns this number.  Someone from Trulia in Seattle has hacked it and it shows as the poor guy's phone number, but he is not making the calls!  Meanwhile, he gets all the return calls.  Given that situation, he was pretty civil when I called him back!  I would be pissed and have no idea how you would even begin to fix the problem.
