I just got a call from these people telling me that I am getting a government grant and to go pick it up at Walmart. But first that want me to call 202 684 6332 for more instructions.
Same scam, same accent as previous calls that my 'computer has been hacked' and they just want to help save it. Asked where he was and he said Washington DC, but ID said Seattle. Asked and he said yes, Seatte, Wash DC. Asked for street location and he gave one that Google couldn't find. He continued to claim it's real in spite of evidence. FInally he said I was wasting his time and hung up on me. He had lots of personal info on me, but said the "Dr" in my street address as "Doctor." Call was to # not on my computer registration. Each time they give a different fake # for my computer's ID.
I am so sick and tired of these phone scammers, they just keep calling, 206-708-2849.
I want to disconnect my landline and turn off my cell phone.
Basically I am fed up with the human race!!

Got a phone call from a man claiming his Name is "Dennis Quaid" and that he is from the US Treasury. We had to appear before a magistratemagistrate. He said to call him back immediately or face serious consequences and to let him help us. Funny thing is ee got 2 calls from thethe same person from a Maryland Number 240-514-0158
Caller stated he was with Microsoft and my computer id was sending a signal that it had been compromised ...told him I would call him back , and he hung up .
Left message saying we would risk going before a magistrate or grand jury if we failed to ignore. Said they could help us. hmmmm. English not his first language.
