Won't work - phones have volume limiters

Notice there are a variety of scams coming from this obviously phony number. Block it.

I just ask them for a physical device where I can send them a bill for my time.  That shuts them up...that and telling them that you are recording the call (check the laws in your state before using this).

You don't know where s lives, there logic dictates that it could be an international call from s' perspective.

a collections agency on behalf of cox cable company called and said i owed $800 bucks. yeah... no. based on the research i've done this number (206-708-2849) must be a gateway number for VOIP like skype has (661-748-0240).
