Block-ignore is not your only option, nor is it the best one. Ignorance of verbal no-call demands is very common for this industry. Mistrust of any ''wrong number'' claim is standard procedure at all the rogue collection agencies. It does no good to talk to them and try to explain that I am not the party they are looking for, it only encourages them to continue calling. My only option is to start blocking their calls.
