Scam....there is no credit card-there is no $5.5M. Do you know where Benin even is? Right next door to Nigeria....home of all the Princes who have none of the money, but have all of the scams. Currently, about a third of their population (Benin's) live below the international poverty line of US$1.25 per day. So your $2,500.00 would certainly make someone happy....but it won't be you.
This person says his name is David All Claims that he has sent me a credit card worth 5.5 million dollars, actually it comes from a bank in Benin and was sent by a man named Phillip Odouza. The big catch is that there is a 2500 dollar fee for a pin number to use the card. Do you have any information on this person? Also if he sends a text it's a different number 7153183029
The use of "Benin" guarantees a trick since African countries such as Bali, Benin, and of course Nigeria, are synonymous with fraudsters. NO credit card will have a 5.5 million dollar credit line. All you're dealing with is a 419 scam and likely a crook in Africa. Anything involving African countries and outrageous amounts of cash will usually stink.
