This guy I met on Tinder. Claims he wants to get to know me. I've planned to spend my vacation with him in October. Whenever he calls I can't understand him or hardly hear him, noise in the line. When I call him he don't answer and I get "the text mail subscriber you are trying to reach is unavailable. " Am I being scammed???
