206-775-8313 = Criminal. I answered and it just said "goodbye".
Another idiot trying to use the new phone spoofer he got for his birthday.

Caller made some weird sounds and hung up as soon as I informed them of who they were calling. Either a prank or a broken machine.

Caller just hung up as soon as I answered... it said "Goodbye".... calling the number back just results in a hangup.

If you get a call from this number, just ignore it.
