This is a debt collector. They won't give you any information as to what they are calling for and they give false names. I have had the same phone number for over 20 years. Any debt I've had has been taken care of so for these people to call about new debt is a scam. Block them.
I'm getting several calls each day, from that same number. Caller ID says it is the Warwick Hotel in Seattle. Whoever is calling never leaves a message.
I called them back and they told me they are Convergence. They started asking for personal information after transferring me 3 times. Either way, it's crap.
I have had several calls from this number. They leave no message on my recorder. Today I answered and an automated voice asked for someone that does not live here. I wanted to talk to a live person so I could have them remove my number from their list so I punched number 1. I was put on hold and asked to wait for the next available representative. After waiting for a while I gave up and hung up.
They call every morning about the same time, and nobody is ever on the line. Attempted to get someone to put us on the do not call list. Hopefully we will be successful.
