I received a phone call from this number and they wanted me to verify the last 4 of ss# and my address. When I told them no they hung up on me. I called them back and ask what type of company they were. The womans answer was they were a middle Man for debt collection. I still would not verify my info so she said she would help me as best she could. I did give the last digit of my ss# and it didnt match there records. So they are just going through numbers of people with the same name and hoping they get the right one.So if you know you dont have debt don't give them anything!
Got a couple of calls from this number. The caller ID said "WARWICK HOTEL-S". We do not answer anything that doesn't look familiar, so we let the answering machine take it. If it's legit, we'll call them back. This caller did not leave a message either time. I usually Google the number if it looks suspicious. After reading what I've read from others on here, I will block this call. I love modern technology.
PS: Beware of stuff like this because caller ID spoofing is more and more common these days. It ought to be made illegal IMO. That's why we don't answer any calls unless it's someone we personally know.
Companies like this should be charged with criminal acts and JAILED. Because, we the people have been Doped, and lead Astray, that is why/how these croocks get the edge. We MUST:
1st) Stop the Racial Profiling of our President and His Abilities and Support him in making All parties accountable to US.
2nd) Go after all companies, agencies, etc. that promote information theivery and FCC volations in extracting such info.
3rd) Once Proven at Fault, get the BamBoo cane and make a Swing 4Justice on their backsides, CEO/COO, etc. starting with congress and the house, work would get Done, if setting on their---wasn't a profession.
They claim to be Convergent Outsourcing (http://www.convergentusa.com/) but upon calling Convergent Outsourcing, I was told that this is not one of their numbers.
This is some scammer trying to trick people into paying a bill they don't owe. Don't talk to them.
