Hang up call to my voicemail.  Although it is a legit number belonging according to WhitePages.Com, the caller ID was probably SPOOFED.    In my outgoing message I tell people to leave a message or be blocked.  So I am blocking the number.  Getting a lot of these calls lately to both my cell and voicemail line on an almost daily basis despite my blocking them.
