When I called to complain they hung up on me. They answer National Service Bureau. We have NO unpaid bills. If they are a collection company they are violating federal law because they must identify themselves as a collection company at the beginning of the call.
Received a call from listed # above. Didn't answer the call. Caller left message that I needed to contact #866-507-7153. The message stated that I needed to contact them immediately.
Didn't return phone call.
