I also recieved a call from this guy and had called the local Sherriffs department out to my home to listen to the voicemail message that was left by Officer William Jones. The Deputy sherrif called the number back from the office number. By the end of the conversation William Jones calle dthe sherriffs deputy and A**Hole and hung up
i just got a call from this number from a person with an indian accent and i could not understand his name.
he said to call that is was extremly important. if i did not call then he wished me good luck and then they
could come to my job or call i could not understand. I know this was a debt collector and i live in texas and they are in washington. don't they know that texas is a debtors state and they are not suppose to make threats either. i sure am not going to fall for their tricks. i know my rights
Received a call this morning from someone with a heavy accent and claiming to be an officer with some federal investigative division. They claimed I owed money from a pay day loan. I told them I don’t owe them anything. This is a total scam. They had a lot of personal information. Don’t fall for this one.
I received this phone call this morning at 6 a.m. I didn't let them say what they wanted to say, I told them that they had called before saying I owe money which I don't and they need to stop calling me, he hung up. I'm sure he will call back because they call about once a week sometimes from a different number, he called on a 916-395-0000 number but left the 206-801-5300 call back number when you call the 916 number it says this number is no longer in use. Don't give in to these guys its a BIG SCAM!!!!!!
I received the same phone call not more than 1 hour ago. The message they left on my voice mail indicated I would be arrested! When I called back they were supposedly in some kind of meeting about me, however, I could tell the voice was the same voice that left the message. Very heavy Indian accent.
I too received this call yesterday. He was extremely rude! He 1st called my sister and claimed to be an Officer Jon Peterson. He threatened me that he would have me fired and that the police would arrest me at my work or home within 48 hours. Also Indian and I could barely undestand what the heck he was saying. He too had LOTS of info on me, IDK where and what it was regarding he would not give me any information without losing his temper.
