I got a call from this number saying that they were the IRS.  They wanted $4500.  I told them I didn't have it and they said to wait for the arrest warrant.  I am disabled and don't even make enough money to pay taxes.

These jerks phoned and left a recording yesterday and again this morning.  I returned the call and the answering person identified it as "the IRS" and said there are some legal actions filed against me by the IRS.  He said he was Officer Issac Hoffman, "batch" ID no. IRM 1882132 and he sounded like he was one of the Mumbai Hoffmans.  He said he was going to read from the documents and I asked what document are you reading from and he would not say except they are "all on line" and when I asked him several times to tell me the date of the documents he kept telling me not to interrupt and when I told him to please give me the document date before reading it he said something very rude and hung up.
On the second try to that number I was asked for the case file number, which I had not been given.  It was answered by "Officer Kevin Millers  Badge ID IRM 50111" of the Srinigar Millerss.
There were many conversations in background saying the same things I was hearing.
I was told there are legal allegations filed by the IRS because I had falsified my tax returns for the years 2009 -2013 and an audit conducted  14 June 2016 showed my taxes did not match
and according to a section of the IRS code an arrest warrant to take me into custody had been signed because of a shortage of $8900.56.  I am liable to a fine of $75000, and if I don't pay the IRS will revoke my drivers license, put my soc security  and passport on a black list, sieze all properties, assets, bank accounts, place liens against properties and sentence me to up to 5 years in prison.
"Officer James Brown on 20 June delivered the letter to this address but nobody was present to accept delivery and this was the second attempt.  IRS cannot leave letters in box.
This was my last chance last call from IRS."
I asked if I could contact Officer Brown to receive the IRS notice and was told that the IRS had made two attempts to deliver it and since there no response to the letter (that was not delivered) this phone call was my last chance because "you can't just run away from your back taxes, you have no more chances.  Within an hour an officer will be at your residence to arrest you with a warrant on your name.  Do you have a criminal attorney?"
Is this part of P.M. Moti's economic plan?
Is anyone dumb enough to give these criminals what they ask for?  Apparently so, otherwise they wouldn't go to the trouble of hiring these gangsters and paying for the telephone lines (bad as they are, patched from Bainbridge Island, WA to Kolkata or wherever).
What is most annoying to me is that I've had a dispute with the IRS for the last year over a missing refund for a prior tax year and I think somebody in the IRS has sold my name to these crooks, so the people they are trying this scheme on are people who have some problem with the IRS.
