Got same call saying they were the IRS?
People please be careful this can be dangerous, don't call them back!

Same here...says they are the IRS.  The IRS will NEVER call you unless you are already working with them.  I did call back and the guys said he was IRS.  I asked to be taken off of their calling list and he hung up.  I receive several of these types of calls not necessarily the IRS scam but they are all from India or thereabouts...do these folks have nothing better to do?

Called my mother and they said the IRS was filling a law suit.  IRS doesn't work that way - total SCAM !!!!!

I didn't answer.  The computer-generated voice message said the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me.

Received a message from so called "IRS" claiming to be filing a lawsuit against me. Reported the number to Treasury Inspector General.
