Same thing happened to me an hour ago...

Got a call from this number telling me to call them because I am being sued by the irs. The irs does not call people. They send letters.

Claimed IRS was suing.

I had the same experience.  If it was the IRS, wouldn't they know your social?

Same experience . I called them back 6 times. Indian sounding call center (IRS would not do that).  They gave me a bogus employee number and told me they were calling me from Washington DC, but their caller id was a 206 area code: SEATTLE !!! i TOLD THEM TO F&$%$^& (use your imagination)
