Yes, First off It's a total Scam don't fall for it please! For one I am a Police Officer in Ca. and so you know no law enforcement agency is allowed nor would take a payment to settle out of court for any bus., bank, car dealership, or anyone that's what the court system is for and most companys handle things in house and never involve the police they use the court. Also you would never recive a phone call to take care of any legal matters, Trust me all legal matters require sig, being I.D, and 99% of the time it's in person. please don't fall for any scams. Do your research on any company that has to deal with your hard earned money. 99% Of the time, If the company is'nt registerd with the BBB then is a fraud. Because you have to pay to register with BBB and they can be traced that way and also dont want to spend any money they just want to cheat you out of yous. Please be careful! And knoe I'm working on this very hard to catch these DIRT BAGS! I hope i at least stopped one if not all of the people from falling for this.
I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THEM ABOUT 20 MINS AGO AND THEY ALSO USED THE NAMES DAVID ANDERSON AND MARCUS WHITE ... THEY GIVE YOU A CASE NUMBER TO MAKE IT SEEM REAL.. I ASKED THAT BEFORE I GIVE ANY TYPE OF SETTLEMENT THAT THEY SHOW ME PROOF AND THEY TOLD ME THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD CALL ME TOMORROW
!! THEY WILL GIVE ALL PERSONAL INFO BUT THEY WONT GIVE AN EXACT DATE OF WHEN THE FRAUD TOOK PLACE.. THANKS SO MUCH FOR THIS INFO CALIF OFFICER... I HOPE NOBODY GETS CAUGHT UP IN THIS SCAM!!!
