Yes, definitely a scam. Just picked up the message. Funny, if it wasn't so sad, as many lonely, elderly or clueless people will be taken in. Right away I knew it was bogus as they threatened a "law suit" and called themselves the "Internal Revenue Services" - plural...and anyway Rob is right. The IRS would send a letter, never call up and threaten. Also, these stupid people said we had not responded to previous attempts - also not true. Who monitors this stuff. I'd like to report it!
