they called me and said that I was selected to receive a grant of $8,500 and said that I don't have to pay it back..it sounds like a scam to me but I went a long with it to make sure. he asked me how do I want to receive the money, in my bank account or Western Union I pick Western Union now he told me that I have to send $270 for security reasons and when they send me the 8500 they will also send back the $270, right there I knew its a scam. why do I have to send money to receive money.... so he told me the information to send it to and the location was in Thailand..... i said F U and hung up the phone..it's a scam don't do it!
