Call about lawsuit from the IRS, I figured the IRS wouldn't call me about a lawsuit

I received a message saying that this is the IRS, and that I was being taken to court for fraud.  It sounded like a call center, when I called the number back.

Received a message on my answering machine today 8/27/15 @  approximately 4:45 P from 206858-985. saying that it was the IRS and they were getting ready to file a law suit against me. This happened once before a few months ago. This time I did not return the call. The information that I have is don't answer the phone, don't call back and also that the IRS doesn't call when there are problems
