Who called from 2068665749

I received the call, called the IRS looking for answers, all they had to say was um. Thanks for being so proactive certainly do appreciate it.

my name is chelsea pennington i was called and also advised and told this same lie also and told to call  #  1-206-866-5746 Fiona farmer the supervisor's number to call back to receive the money that was given to me by the government, as the lady who could not speak good English and had a bad connection like if she were using a on the internet line like(pinger, or text plus) my cell phone came up district of Columbia with the phone number (202-621-5429) but prior to the phone call I received yesterday I also received a phone call from a male from a marked unknown number and also had proor reception... the call was disconnected right after he said I was chosen because I didn't have bankruptcy or credit card debt exceeding 10,000 in the last `13months

I got the Same Call from202 621 5429
told i won some bs since i paid bills on time  i laughed and then ask my adreeses which was very hesisnet to to give so i gave em a genaral one not my exact one and told me to give them my account info told em no it sounds like a scam then told to call 206 866 5749
to talk to the boss and she gave me some bs story and wanted the same info i told them give me cash or checked they said they will do a western union i said sure tell me where and they hung up very fast

I just received the phone call not to long ago they gave the same three options.

Glad I checked this number out before I gave any info
I thought it odd that a government employee would have such bad English
