This is a scam. They want you to pay to receive a government grant. They give you another number to call but the same person answered and when I said no I wouldn't pay to receive money they automatically humg up and no one has answered the phone since. Also. I asked about them sending a check instead but they can't do that it's through money order or your account. We all know when the government sends money. It's in a form of a check. Scam scam scam scam!
The same people called me and I wouldn't give them info until I could check them out. The guy sounded "if-e" when I asked
questions and he sure didn't speak good enough English to be working at Government agency.
