Who called from 2068666496

I get a phone call every day from this number. When I answer, there is no response. It seems to be an automatic dialer with no one at the other end. Very frustrating. We owe no money to anyone but have family members that do not pay bills.

Traditionally, a 206-866-xxxx number would locate to Seattle, WA.  The provider for this particular phone number appears to be Level 3 Communications.  So, this is probably a VOIP caller, with an actual location of ????.
