I got a call from these people about a payday loan I took out in 2009. First of all, I paid it back. I called the payday loan company, and I did not owe them anything. They wanted me to pay 540 dollars. If I did that, I would not go to court. What a scam.....I did not pay them 540 dollars......
I just had a call from Mark Davis at Koch & Associates saying my spouse & I were involved in a Grand Larceny in 12/2012!! My husband and I weren't involved in anything! To begin with I'm in PL, they are in Seattle, I've never been contacted by my local PD, served papers, NOTHING!! IF this was legit it wouldn't be handled over a year later, by a "law firm" in Seattle, WA!!! He said he needed my side of the story or it would be turned over to Seminole County. Total SCAM!!!!!
