Scam call. When you call back you get this number is not in service recording.

I just did.  No one said anything, just background noise.

Just called me in Florida at 1210am. WTF!  Noone on the line. Just says Des Moines WA

They said they were from the State Health Department of Atlanta and wanted to pay me money for healthcare I have received. Asked me if I ever took blood thinners or had an IV implanted in order to reduce my cholesterol. I answered "No" to both and he thanked me for my time and hung up. Total scam.
