Same IRS scam. Lady I spoke with had a heavy Russian type accent and could hardly speak English. After I told her something she said was false, she replied that she could "true it". I told her to use the USPS and mail it to me because I don't talk about such matters with an unknown party at the other end of a telephone line, and hung up.
automated voice message on voicemail. Said his name was Robert Morris and that there would be an enforcement action against me for a federal offense. The caller did not identify the party that he was trying to reach or what branch of the government that he was representing.
Be careful - tax season scam artist.
I received this exact message from Robert Morris saying he was from the treasury dept, and the magistrate would be contacted. Scammers are so annoying!!!!
same thing as above threat from someone called Robert Morris from treasury saying I should call immediately or have to stand before a magistrate judge.
