Got this phone call just now. I've been trying to phone them back. I'll make a bet that if someone does answer the phone, it will be with a thick accent, hardly understandable. I ***WILL*** say this to them: "This is a SCAM phone call. The REAL IRS does not phone people as you are. You need to go back to your own country and scam your own people and leave us hardworking LEGAL citizens alone. I ***WILL*** be reporting this phone # to the REAL IRS. Expect a visit any moment now. Have a good day!" and then hang up.
