Received a call from a Nicole Moore, she had a foreign Middle Eastern  accent, she stated she had money for me. $7000.  If I wired $30 using Western Union. She knew my phone number and address. I told her to call me back, she did. I asked what company she was from, hard to ascertain thru her thick accent....General Grants...she asked for my confirmation number I didn't have and she ceased to talk to me, hung up.   I called back, hang up...I called back again and they picked up and no response on the receiver.   THIS IS A SCAM....they will ask for a grant confirmation number......don't
