Who called from 2069138125

Also rec`d call and called back......message box full.....hmmmmm.....a voting scam....call back and see who they represent and don`t vote for them!

I received a message from this number on 9/21/2012 using my first name and saying that I might not receive a ballot. That they would call back in four days.  Very suspicious.
