You won 10,000 dollars from the grants department and I asked her if she could send me a check? She said no then I knew IT WAS A SCAM. But first of all she gives you a confirmation code to write down and then a phone number to call back. I think if you really won that type of money they could send you a check. And take out all the fees that are needed out. Also it says on the phone number Unavailable so people please be careful.
