I would get a $9,000 grant from US Government. This is the fourth call I have received with the same message. I hung up on the other three, but listened to the last one, who said her name was Florence Wilson (the same name as my aunt who is deceased). I called them back and told "Carolyn Thomas" the person who would release the funds that it was a scam. She didn't get to the point where it would cost me money. When I told her I knew it was a scam, she hung up on me.
The good old USA should fine and somehow put these idiots out of business who prey on gullible folks.
Carolyn Thomas and give her the verification number was GA163 and she can do all the processes for the grant. but when a woman said call back in 10 minutes. So I knew it was a fraud then
I received a call on 10/17/13 from a lady named Beatrice Rana stating that I was selected by the US Government and that I was going to receive a $9,000 grant, after I give my bank account or visa number. She said I three options in claiming my grant, debit car, credit card, or checking account. I knew from the beginning that it was a scam, but I just followed along. I told her that if I was getting a grant that I would prefer to get a check sent to me, because I don’t have none of the above, Beatrice said that they were have having trouble getting the checks out. She gave me her Senior Manager’s number (that is what she called her) 206-923-9681 named Carolyn Thomas, and that my verification number was TXTX271.
A man named jack called 10/21/2013 as d he is from us grant department I was selected to recurve a grant for 9000.00., I was told to call Carolyn Thomas. At 206 9239681. I was told to give get a grant number. I google the name and some lady from a domestic, violence org. Came up and was at shot in face by ex boyfriend and mother killed.
A man with a foreign accent called and said that I had been selected to receive a $9000 US Government grant. He told me his senior manager was Carolyn Thomas and that her number was 206-923-9681. I didn't understand him all the way, but now realize he had told me to call her. I did not call.
