Treasury $9000 scam. This lowlife scumbag foreigner scam uses a different phone number on the id. I have been writing down all the scumbag scam calls for three years and block those that call twice. However, this year I have noticed blocking does no good as they use a different number each time. The phone companies should be doing something about this. My cell phone blocks unknown callers. I am going to cancel my landline. Need to enter scam on "call type".
